General education is an essential component of the SCAD undergraduate experience, developing students as critical thinkers by providing an intellectual foundation and breadth of knowledge for lifelong learning. SCAD Hong Kong seeks candidates to contribute to this objective as a part-time professor teaching anthropology under the university’s general education core curriculum.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. in cultural anthropology or related
- Demonstrated teaching excellence and exemplary communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate-level classes to non-science majors
- College-level teaching experience and the ability to engage a diverse student body

Courses of study are registered with the Hong Kong Education Bureau, registration numbers: 261958-261971 and 262196-262202. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognize any qualification to which these courses may lead.
