SCAD seeks an assessment coordinator to support the daily operations of the office of assessment.

In this role, you will assist senior assessment coordinators in monitoring the collection of assessment data, analyzing and reporting on data, and tracking the use of data to make evidence-based changes at the university. Additionally, you will manage multiple survey efforts for the university, including large-scale surveys like the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory and the SCAD Student Survey.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with large databases, designing and administering surveys, and creating innovative, meaningful displays of information that communicate complicated data to audiences of diverse backgrounds.

You should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Office, Access and PowerPoint, as well as web-based and paper-based survey software, such as Remark and Qualtrics. Experience with SPSS or other statistical packages and procedures is essential to this role, as are strong interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

⎯ Master’s degree
⎯ Experience in educational research, program evaluation, information management, statistics, business, social sciences or a related area
