SCAD seeks a presentation and communication skills specialist to work closely with the university’s international student community. Join the dedicated academic resources team and assist students from more than 100 countries with strengthening their presentation and communication skills.

In this role, you will develop workshops and seminars designed to build communication skills and instruct students on giving effective presentations. Additionally, you will create a curriculum for students covering how to navigate the classroom and business environment using effective soft skills and how to master the art of articulating one’s personal brand and vision.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented, and possesses experience, preferably international, coaching professionals in interpersonal communications and presentations with visual content. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation development software including Prezi is essential.

You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and proven experience developing curriculums, workshops or training sessions. Training in plain language and clear communications is crucial.

⎯ Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism or related fields
⎯ Three to five years of experience in developing and giving presentations, communications education or training, leadership coaching and/or career development
⎯ Master’s degree preferred
