SCAD seeks an institutional effectiveness coordinator to provide executive support to the vice president for institutional effectiveness and represent the university.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the IE vice president, executive director of IE and quality assurance, as well as the entire IE team. You’ll assist with research, planning, accreditation, assessment and curriculum-related projects and any special projects and events that require the vice president’s participation. You may also be asked to prepare, gather and relay confidential information and material on behalf of the vice president.

The coordinator supports the directors of assessment, curriculum management and institutional research in their administrative needs, such as distributing and processing surveys, reviewing accreditation and compliance narratives, preparing and reviewing curriculum council agendas, and managing purchase orders and travel.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with multiple internet browsers and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. You should be able to successfully multitask and prioritize and possess a broad knowledge of SCAD priorities, policies and procedures, protocols and personnel. You must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team, and must exercise confidentiality, discretion and good judgment.

Requirements:

⎯ Three or more years of related administrative support experience
