Join SCAD as an immigration coordinator and assist in the recruitment and hiring of faculty and staff for the university.

In this role, you’ll support current faculty and staff in managing long-term immigration statuses, which could include extensions, renewals, transfers or permanent resident processes. In addition, you’ll apply technical knowledge and interpret policies and procedures as they relate to immigration matters to inform, advise and support human resources staff, employees, external candidates and immigration legal counsel.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with superior multitasking, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as demonstrates knowledge of immigration legislation, regulations, visa processes, and current practices and trends. You should have two to three years of experience coordinating, preparing, assembling, filing and tracking all visa-related applications and facilitating immigration processes and procedures.
