SCAD seeks a Title IX deputy director to resolve Title IX complaints for all SCAD locations.

In this role, you will assist in resolving complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence, including stalking and intimate partner violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment involving students at the university.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of progressively responsible experience in a legal, student conduct, student life, human resources, law enforcement, regulatory compliance setting or similar field. You should demonstrate the ability to interpret equal opportunity and nondiscrimination laws and regulations as necessary, including Title IX and The Violence Against Women Act of 1994. A background in law enforcement or university Title IX investigative experience and training certification are preferred.
